Discover a world of cheese at The Willow Room.

Join us Tuesday evenings this spring for themed tastings featuring a curated selection of fine cheeses. Enjoy a relaxed yet informative experience as you explore new flavors and learn from our experts. Perhaps you’ll meet some cheesy new friends along the way!

We will be sampling over 40 cheeses over the course of these 6 weeks. As we explore different avenues and flavour profiles, discover fun facts, notes about the producers and discover new cheese board staples.

Lead by Dags & Willows house Cheese Monger, travel through 6 weeks of cheese themes, tasting over 40 varieties.

This course runs April 1st to May 6th from 5:30pm - 7:00pm.

Join us as we explore All about the Alps, where we dive into the world of Alpine cheese, including favourites such as Raclette, Fondue and More!

Join us as we explore Au Natural Cheese, lets learn and taste cheese’s that require natural elements to enhance its aging process. We will be trying a selection of Cave Aged, Raw & Clothbound Cheeses.

Join us as our taste buds travel to Paris to try all that is Fancy, Fresh & French. Try the benchmark cheese’s that the world over wont stop trying to replicate. Famed for their fromage, the French know a thing or two about milk preservations. Sample fresh spring butter, triple cream bries, hand formed goat cheeses & spring seasonal selections

Embrace the florals and the herbaious. Enjoy our selection of Herbed, Sweetend & Spiced cheeses as we venture our way through the infusion process and the history of the Gouda!
