Journey through a selection of 4 premium Tequilas - not to found in the LCBO - and 1 Ultra Premium Tequila. Each perfectly paired with a bit of cheese or custom made chocolate from Le Chocolate Du Savoie.

The Perfect Pairing
Join us for an unforgettable evening of wine and cheese tasting on October 18 from 5-8pm. We're teaming up with the renowned fine cheese experts from Dags & Willow to bring you a curated experience featuring the best cheeses paired expertly with our very own locally crafted Georgian Hills wines.
This event will take place at The Willow Room, Dags & Willow's stunning new event space, in the heart of downtown Collingwood.

Your ticket includes a welcome bubbly and amuse-bouche, as well as a charcuterie cup tailored to pair with six exquisite wines. Sample, sip, and savour as you explore perfect pairings and discover new favourites with the help of local experts from Georgian Hills and Dags & Willow. All showcased wines and cheeses will be available for purchase through our retail shop, so you can take the experience home with you!
